Sec. 3. That any person who, for himself or as the employee or uP¢¤¤1¤v far vi<>1¤- agent of another person, or as a member, officer, or employee of a °°' firm or corporation, violates any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made hereunder by the Commissioners of the District of Columbia, or aids in the violation thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceediplg two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more tm thirty ys, or by both line and imprisonment, in the discretion _ o the court. ‘ Sm. 4.
