The northern district shall include the territory] embraced on the first day of Jul , nineteen hundred and ten m the counties ` of Alcorn Attala, Chickasaw Choctaw Clay, ltawamba, Lee, Lowndes, Monroe, Oktibbeha, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Trshomrngo, and W`mston, which shall constitute the eastern division of said rstrrct; also the territo embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Benton, aahoma, Calhoun, Carroll, De Soto, Grenada, Lafay- ette, Marshall, Montgomgy Panola, vitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tunica, Union, ebster, and alobusha, which shall con- ’1‘¤¤¤- strtute the western division of said district. The southern ` district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of Jul , nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Adams Amite, Copiah, Covington, Franklin, Hinds, Holmes, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, _ Lawrence, Lincoln, Leilore, Madison, Pike, Rankin, Simpson, Smith, Scott, Wilkinson, and Yazoo, which shall constitute the Jackson division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bolivar, Claiborne, Issaquena, Sharkey, Sunflower; Warren, and Washington, which shall constitute the western division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Clarke, Jones, Jas er Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Noxubee, andpW’ayne, which shall constitute the eastern division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Forrest, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Lamar, Marion, Perry, and Pearl River, which constitutes the rsme. southern division of said district. Terms of the district court for the Jackson division shall be held at Jackson on the iirst Mondays in May and November; for the western division, at Vicksburg on _ the first Mondays in January and Jul ; for the eastern division, at Meridian on the second Mondays in lllrarch and Se tember; and for the southern division, at Biloxi on the third Mondays in February omees. and August. The clerk of the court for each district shall maintain - an office in charge of himself or a deputy at each lace in his district at which court is now required to be held, at which he shall not himself reside, which shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court. The marshal for each of said districts shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy at each place of holding court in his district.
