Bagging for cotton, gunny cloth, and similar fabrics, suitable C°“°" *’“gg‘“g·°‘°· for covering cotton, composed of single yarns made of jute, jute butts, or hemp, not bleached, dyed, colored, stained, painted, or printed, not exceeding sixteen threads to the square inc , counting the warp and filling, and weighing not less than fifteen ounces per square yard, six-tenths of one cent {per square yard. 356. Handkerchiefs composed of ax, hemp, or ramie, or of which H“°‘“°’°m°‘“· these substances, or either of them, is the component material of chief value, whether in the piece or otherwise, and whether finished or unfinished, not hemmed or hemmed only, fifty per centum ad valorem; if hemstitched, or imitation hemstitched, or_revered, or with drawn threads, but not embroidered, initialed, or in part of lace, fifty-five per centum ad valorem. 357.
