Pinyau. lP¤v¤¤=· ¤¤· }7°-1 Be it enacted by the Senate amt House of Representath:es of the United ` §‘§{{’,’,$1, }`5,,Q‘{e,'}; States of America in Congress assembled, That in the administration of MM any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon houorably discharged soldiers, Sanford A. Pinyan, who was a private in Company A, First Georgia Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered in as a member of said company and regiment on August thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and . _ honorably discharged therefrom on November fourth, eighteen hun- - g°g·w_ dred and sixty-four: Bzwided, That, other than as above set forth, ' no bounty, pajvl, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
