J¤£°§f 22gi£}1· Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofltqpresen tatives of the United [Private No- 184-1 States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §‘;},§§,‘;,i§,‘§§§§ ,0, Treasury of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and ¤=f¤¤d*¤· directed to y to Emil Haberer, of Cincinnati, Ohio, the sum of Eve hundred angathirty-nine dollars and fifty-five cents, and said sum of tive hundred and thirty-nine dollars and fifty-five cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasurylnot otherwise appromated, being the amount aid by the said aberer to the mted States as surety on the baii)bond of one Alfred S. Burroughs, who forfeited his said bail bond in a cause wherein the United States was laintiif and the said Alfred S. Burroughs was defendant, being numbered eighteen hundred and forty-eight on the docket of the district court of the United States in and for the western division of the southern district of Ohio. . J §566g,?}1· Be it enacted by the Senate and House of lfepresentatioes of tbe United lPfiV¤*¢· N0-185] States of America in Congress assembled, That upon the production of J,,`,,",§1§’}T‘{v£,’}E ’“'° satisfactory evidence to him of the death at the port of El Paso, Texas, wféggugglgofém of on or about November fifth, nineteen hundred and nine, of a certain ` horse imported under provision of paragraph four hundred and ninety- _ three of the tariff Act of nineteen hundred and nine, the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to cancel a certain warehouse bond numbered twenty-six, of date October twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and nine, executed by Willard Call as principal and John M. Wyatt as surety, in accordance with the provisions of said paragra h four hundred and ninety-three of the tariff Act of nineteen 4**% P- 72- hundredp and nine, and tiled with the collector of customs at the port of El Paso, Texas.
