Taft, President of the United States {*,g_·g¤g*._*•¤- of America, by virtue of the powerin me vested by the Act of Congress ’ P` approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and nmety-seven, entitled " An Act Making appropriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the iiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and or other urposes," do roclanm that on and after Jully first, nineteen hundres and eleven, are boundaries of the
aézional Forest shall be as shown on the diagram forming a

This proclamation shall not prevent the settlement and entry of any $g_•·g¤¤¤;._¤••¤¤· lands heretofore opened to settlement and entry under the Act of "` Congress approved June eleventh, nineteen hundred and six, entitled "An Act" 0 provide for the entry of Agricultural lands within forest reserves. The lands herein eliminated from the Chelau National Forest are ¤ viihereby withdrawn for classification under the Act of June twenty- fifth, nineteen hundred and ten (36 Stat., 847), and will, when com- v°" °°·’·“"· patible with public interests, be restored to settlement and ent under the laws a p 'cable thereto on such dates as shall be fixed byltyhe Seoretary of the Interir `and after such notice as he may deem advisable.
