Thattgrosecution ereunder shall be m the police court of P‘°°°°“ '°“· the District of lumbia iipgn information filed by the United States District Attorney for the ° trict of Columbia, or one of his assistants. Sec. 3. That any person, firm, or association violating any. of the P““’“’“”°“"°’· provisions of this c shall, upon conviction thereof, be pumshed by a. fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment of not more than sixty days, or by both Hne and imcprisonment, in the discretion of the court. A corporation convicte of an offense under the provisions of this Act s all be fined not more than $500, and its president or such other officials as may be responsible for the conduct and management thprelpf shall be imprisone not more than sixty days, in the discretion o the court.
