And be it farther enacted, That the sum of two thousand “PP'°l’““°d‘ dollars, to defray the expense of running and marking said boundary line, to be expended under the directions of the President of the United States, be, and the same hereby is, appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
