C¤¤f¤¤ OV dw Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives if the Limited X;?i{:cb§,‘T'59 States of America, in Congress assembled, That the western boundary mmo,-y ,,5 A,. line of the territory of Arkansas shall begin at a point forty miles west k¤nS¤¤· of the south-west corner of the state of Missouri, and run south to the right bank of the Red River, and thence, down the river, and with the Mexican boundary, to the line of the state of Louisiana, any law here tofore made, to the contrary notwithstanding. 2,000_d¤U=¤¤ Sec. 2. And be it farther enacted, That the sum of two thousand “PP'°l’““°d‘ dollars, to defray the expense of running and marking said boundary line, to be expended under the directions of the President of the United States, be, and the same hereby is, appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
