Mechanics and Metals National Bank, successor to the glew York Produce Exchange Bank, out of any mone in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $746.96. Such sum is the amount of two deposits with the New York Produce Exchange Bank which were seized under an unlawful levy and execution by a United States marshal, and the amount of which the New York Produce Exchange Bank was subsequently compelled to reimburse to its depositors.
