Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in. Congress assembled, That the Secretary C,}’,,§{g‘.$';$m S * ° °‘ of lVar is authorized and directed to pay and discharge the claims f 01¤§¤;=i=;_¤{\aI¤m¤1¤r¤¤¤ of machine-shop workers and employees of other departments and Ctliivzmmbzitmglrlaegs? crafts (or the legal representatives of any such persons) of the ,§‘}$,?§f“" ""S°°‘°‘*"'Y Bethlehem Steel Company, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for additional compensation for work performed as employees of such company between August 1, 1918, and February 28, 1919, inclusive, in the execution of contracts made by such company and the United States for the manufacture of war materials for the use of the War Department or the military forces of the United States. Such payment shall be based upon the principles laid down in the award Lam BW`, of the National War Labor Board of July 31, 1918, and shaH m ,,,,v,§‘{,,,,,,,;,,‘{,,,,,.,,,,_ accordance with the interpretations and the classilications and ad]ustments made under the direction of the board in pursuance of such _ award.
