Printing and binding : For printing and binding for the Treasury Depa rtment , incl uding all of its b ureaus, offic es, in stitut ions, and serv ices l ocated in Wa shingt on, Di strict of Col umbia, and e lsewhe re, including materials for the use of the bookbinder located in the Treasury Department, but not including work done at the New York customhouse bindery authorized by the Joint Committee on Printing in accordance with the Act of March 1, 1919, $715,000 . Stationery : For stationery for the Treasury Department and its sever al bureau s and off ices, and field se rvices t hereof, i ncluding tags, labels, and index cards, printed in the course of manufacture, pack- ing boxes and other materials necessary for shipping stationery supplies, and cost of transportation of stationery supplies purchased free on board point of shipment and of such supplies shipped from Washington to field offices, $420,000 . Postage : For postage required to prepay matter addressed to Postal Union countries, and for postage for the Treasury Depart- ment, $1,000 .
