R.11023.] [Public, No . 321 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the lands hereafter described, to wit : The southwest quarter of the northwest quarte r, sect ion 25, and t he sout heast quarter of the north east qu arter, section 26, township 29 north, range 3 east, Mount Diablo meridian, in the State of California, are hereby added to and made a part of the Lassen Volcanic National Park for use as an administrative head- plicable . SEC . 2 . That the provisions of the Act of August 9, 1916, entitled Vol.39,p . 442. "An Act to establish the Lassen Volcanic National Park in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the State of California, and for other pur- poses," the Ac t of August 2 5, 1916, enti tled "An Act t o establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes," and all Acts sup- plementary to and amendatory of said Acts are made applicable to Proviso . water power Act not and extended over the lands hereby added to the park : Provided, applicable .

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of an Act entitled " An Act in reference to writs of error," approved January 31, 1928, Public, Numbered 10, Seventieth Congress, be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows " SEC. 2 . The statutes reg ulating the ri ght to a writ of error, defining the relief which may be had thereon, and prescribing the mode of exercising that right and of invoking such relief, including the provisions relating to costs, supersedeas, and mandate, shall be applicable to the appeal which the preceding section substitutes for a writ of error ." CHAP. 446 .-An Act Granting double pension in all cases to widows and dependents when an officer or enlisted man of the Navy dies from an injury in line of duty as the result of a submarine accident . Be it enacted b y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That hereafter in all cases when an officer or enlisted man of the United States Navy is disabled, has died, or shall die as the result of an accident to a submarine vessel, said officer or enlisted man having been employed in duty on or in handling the submarine at the time of such acci- dent the amount of pension to be paid such officer or enlisted man, his widow or dependents, shall be double the amount of that author- ized to be paid under existing pension laws should death have occurred by reason of an injury received in service in line of duty, not the result of a submarine accident : Provided, however, That in
