Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in determin- ing the pay period and rights of retirement in the case of officers of the Regular Army, active duty performed as an officer of the Phil- ippine Constabulary shall be credited to the same extent as service under a Regular Army commission or other active duty recognized under the provisions of section 127a of the National Defense Act of June 3, 1916, as amended by the Act of June 4, 1920 .
