C. & S. F. R. R., in an easterly direction through the towns of Navasota, Montgomery, and Conroe, to the point at or near Cleveland, where said G. C . & S. F. R . R . crosses the Houston, East and West Texas Railroad; thence with the center of said H. E. & W. T. R.
