CALVIN COOLIDGE By THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA A PROCLAMATION Whereas, since the issuance of the proclamation of July 18, 1921, the boundaries of the Plumas National Forest, in California, have been changed through exclusion of certain lands by Executive order of February 28, 1922; And Whereas, it appears that certain of the public lands described in the act of Congress approved February 20, 1925 (43 Stat. 95~), found by the Secretary of Agriculture to be chiefly valuable for national forest purposes, should be added to the Plumas National Forest; . Now, Therefore, I, CALVIN COOLIDGE, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the afore- said act of February 20, 1925, entitled"An Act For the inclusion of certain lands in the Plumas National Forest, California, and for other purposes," do proclaim that the following described public lands
