Freund from any claim for legal or other services, expenses, or disbursements in connection with the prosecution of said claim for the amount of $2,000 hereby authorized to be allowed. In the settlement of the claim as aforesaid the Comp- troller General is directed to furnish to the said Clotilda Freund a copy of said release and discharge and upon application from her or on her behalf to furnish without charge an authenticated copY' u, s, Code, p. 977. thereof pursuant to section 306 of the Budget and Accounting Act of June 10, 1921 (United States Code, title 31, section 46).
