Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ti me e xte nded for United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for bridging, at Deer Point, Fla. °
commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the amend- ed. Vol. 45,p .752,amend- Santa Rosa Sound at or near Deer Point, Santa Rosa County, Flor- ida, authorized to be built by the counties of Escambia and Santa Rosa, by the Act of Congress approved May 26, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from May 26, 1930 . SEc . 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 19, 1930 . CHAP. 52 .-An Act To amend the Act entitled "An Act granting the consent of Congress to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Penn- sylvania, to construct, maintain, and oper ate a bri dge across the Alle ghe ny River, at Kittanning, in the county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylva- nia," approved February 16, 1928, and to extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge authorized thereby . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 1 of the Act entitled "An Act granting the consent of Congress to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Allegheny River, at Kittann ing, in t he count y of Arm strong, in the S tate of P ennsyl- vania," approved February 16, 1928, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows : " That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River at Market Street, or within two hundred feet north thereof, in the borough of Kittanning, county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylvania, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled `An Act to regu- late the construction of bridges over navigable waters,' approved March 23, 1906 ." SEc . 2 . That the times for commencing and completing the con- struction of the bridge authorized to be constructed by the Act approved February 16, 1928, heretofore extended by Act of Congress approved February 21, 1929, are hereby further extended one and thre e years, respecti vely, fr om Febru ary 16, 1930 . SEC . 3 . The right to alter, amend or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 19, 1930 .
