Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of t he United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary MCIIippewa Indians, of the Interior is authorized and directed to withdraw from the Per c apit a pa yment Treasury so much as may be necessary of the principal fund on to, from principal fund, deposit to the credit of the Chippewa Indians in the State of Minne- sota under section 7 of the Act entitled "An Act for the relief and Vol. 25, p. 645. civilization of the Chippewa Indians in the State of Minnesota," approved January 14, 1889, as amended, and to make therefrom

No Acceptance . payment shall be made under this Act until the Chippewa Indians of Minnesota shall, in such manner as such Secretary shall prescribe, have accepted such payments and ratified the provisions of this Act .
