CHAP . 417.-An Act Gran ting the consent of Congr ess t o Missouri Valley [Public, No . 804 .] Pip e Lin e Com pa ny of Io wa to constructs maintain, and operate a pipe-line bridge across the Missouri River . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Missouri River .

United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent Missouri Valley Pipe Line compan y may of Congress is hereby granted to Missouri Valley Pipe Line Company bridge,betweenNe-ofIowaitssuccessorsandassigns,toconstruct,maintain,anda braska and South Da-

> kota. operate a pipe-line bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River from a point in either Dakota or Dixon Counties in the State of Nebraska to a point in either Union or Clay Counties in the State of South Dakota, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation : Provisos .

Prov ided , That the work shall not be commenced until the plans Approval of plans . therefor have been submitted to and approved by the Chief of Engi- neers, United States Army, and by the Secretary of War : Provided conditions imposed- further, That in approving the plans for said pipe-line bridge such conditions and stipulations may be imposed as the Chief of Engineers and the Secretary of War may deem necessary to protect the present and future interests of the United States . Bights to sell, etc" SEC. 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to Missouri Valley Pipe Line Company of Iowa, its successors and assigns, and any corporation to which such rights, powers, and privi- leges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or which shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is fully authorized to exercise the same, as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation.
