Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Merrimack River. United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent Ma ssa chus etts may br idge, a t Tyngsb oro . of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Massachusetts to con- struct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Merrimack River, at a point suitable to the inter- ests of navigation, at or near Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, in accord- v ols34 ,'P .i 84 . ante with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of Tennessee may the Uni ted States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Ferry . near Ruggles consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Holston River, near Ruggles Ferry, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on projec ted Tennessee Highway Numbered 9 in Knox County, in the Construction.
