BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. A PROCLAMATION. WHEREAS a Treaty for the limitation of naval armament and the exchange of information concerning naval construction, between the President of the United States of America, the President of the French Republic, and His Majesty the King of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the seas, Emperor of India, for Great Britain and Northern Ireland and all parts of the British Empire which are not separate members of the League of Nations; for the Dominion of Canada; for the Commonwealth of Australia; for the Dominion of New Zealand; and for India; was signed by their respec- tive Plenipotentiaries at London on March 25, 1936, together with a Protocol of Signature and an Additional Protocol, true copies of which Treaty, Protocol of Signature and Additional Protocol, in the French and English languages, are word for word as follows: Treaty with other Powers for limita- tion, etc., of naval armament.
