GIBRALTAR-PARCEL POST AGREEMENT J. 18 1936 These Regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the Parcel Post Agreement comes into force and shall have the same duration as the Agreement. Done in duplicate and signed at Washington, the 5 th day of January 1937, and at Gibraltar, the 18 th day of December 1936.
