62 STAT.] BELGIUM-ECONOMIC COOPERATION-JULY 2, 1948 ment of the United States of America in a form and at inter- vals to be indicated by the latter after consultation with the Gov- ernment of Belgium: (a) Detailed information of proj- ects, programs, and measures pro- posed or adopted by the Govern- ment of Belgium to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and the General Obligations of the Convention for European Eco- nomic Cooperation; (b) Full statements of operations under this Agreement, including a statement of the use of funds, commodites, and services received thereunder, such statements to be made in each calendar quarter; (c) Information regarding its economy and any other relevant information, necessary to supple- ment that obtained by the Gov- ernment of the United States of America from the Organization for European Economic Cooperation which the Government of the United States of America may need to determine the nature and scope of operations under the Economic Cooperation Act of 1948, and to evaluate the effec- tiveness of assistance furnished or contemplated under this Agree- ment and generally the progress of the joint recovery program. 3. Le Gouvernement de Belgique aidera le Gouvernement des Etats- Unis d'Amerique a se procurer les renseignements relatifs aux pro- duits provenant de Belgique dont il est question a l'Article V, et qui seront necessaires a l'elaboration et a l'execution des accords prevus au dit article.
