Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act entitled "An Act to authorize certain transactions by disbursing officers of the United States, and for other purposes", approved December 23, 1944 (ch. 716, 58 Stat. 921), as amended by the Act of June 16, 1953 (67 Stat. 62), is hereby amended by deleting section 4 thereof. Approved June 29, 1954.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembhd. That section 2 of the Act of January 12, 1951 (64 Stat. 1257), as amended, is further amended by striking out "1954" and inserting in lieu thereof "1955". Approved June 29, 1954.

Be it CTmcted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 1, of subsection (b), of the Act of October 31, 1949 (63 Stat. 1049), is hereby amended by deleting the f i ^ r e "1954", wherever the same appears in the third and fourth provisos, and by inserting in lieu thereof the figure "1957"; and by deleting the figure "1953" in the fourth proviso, and by inserting in lieu thereof the figure "1956". C H A P T E R 417
AN ACT Providing that the ratification of the Revenue Bond Act of 1935, enacted by the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii, shall apply to all amendments of said Act made by said legislature to and including the Acts of the 1953 regular session of said legislature.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That chapter 118 of the revised laws of Hawaii, 1945, known as the Revenue Bond Act of 1935, as amended by all acts of the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii to and including the Acts of the 1953 regular session of said legislature, is hereby ratified and confirmed.
