CHAPTER 487

AN ACT For the relief of Elie Joseph Hakim and family. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Elie Joseph Hakim, Marie Hakim (his wife), and Mathilde Hakim and Joseph Hakim (their minor children) shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct four numbers from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. AN ACT For the relief of Helen Knight Waters and Arnold Elzey Waters, Junior. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration Act, the minor children, Helen Knight Waters and Arnold Elzey Waters, Junior, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born, alien children of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold E. CHAPTER 486

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jacek Von Henneberg shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee.
