For an additional amount for "Tribal funds", $200,000, from funds to the credit of the Indians of California as defined and enrolled 25 USC 651-657. under the Act of May 18, 1928 (45 Stat. 602), as amended, the successors in interest to claims against the United States as therein provided, for payment of expenses, other than attorney fees, heretofore or hereafter incurred by attorneys prosecuting the claims of the Indians of California before the Indian Claims Commission under contracts approved by the Secretary of the Interior. For an additional amount for "Conservation and development of mineral resources", $1,200,000. DRAINAGE OF ANTHRACITE
