SEC. 2. The real property referred to in the first section of this Act is more particularly described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and bein^ in land lot numbered 44 of the twentieth district and second section of Cobb County, Georgia, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron-stake corner located at the intersection of the westerly side of Collins Drive with the southeasterly side of State Highway Numbered 92 and running thence south 00 degrees 52 minutes west along the west side of said Collins Drive a distance of 610.4 feet to an iron stake; thence south 69 degrees 37 minutes west a distance of 990.0 feet to the east side of State Highway Numbered 92; thence in an easterly and northeasterly direction following the curvature of the right-of-way of said State Highway Numbered 92 a distance of 1,381.5 feet to the point of beginning. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(6) of the Immigration and Nationality tSM^'iiH' Act, the persons hereinafter named may be issued visas and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if they are found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act, under such conditions and controls which the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That, except in the cases of beneficiaries entitled to medical care under the Dependents' Medical Care Act (70 37 USC 4oi.-iote. Stat. 250), suitable and proper bonds or undertakings, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the s use iisa.
