AN ACT For the relief of Magnolia Airport, Incorporated. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $592 to the Magnolia Airport, Incorporated, Magnolia, Ohio, in full payment of its claim for instruction given Technical Sergeant David A. Wargo under Public Law 550 between January 1, 1957, and April 30, 1957: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 27, 1958. AN ACT For the relief of Major Anthony R. Parrish.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Major Anthony R. Parrish, of Arlington, Virginia, the sum of $2,000. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims of the said Major Anthony R. Parrish against the United States for injuries, losses, and expenses arising out of a collision, which occurred on January 31, 1948, at Munich, Germany, between a vehicle operated by the said Major Anthony R, Parrish and a United States Army truck being operated by Maxwell P. Jeter, a private in the United States Army: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. AN ACT For the relief of James F. Moran.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,834 to James F. Moran, of Milford, Massachusetts, in full settlement of all claims against the United States. Such sum represents the loss of personal property during the imprisonment by the
