During the current fiscal year not to exceed $100,000 of the funds appropriated under this heading shall be available for the acquisition of sites authorized by the Act of March 3, 1925, as amended (16 U.S.C. 555), without regard to any other limitation on the amount available for this purpose. For expenses necessary for carrying out the provisions of title 23, 72 Stat. 906,907. xjuited States Code, sections 203 and 205, relating to the construction and maintenance of forest development roads and trails, $26,000,000, to remain available until expended, for liquidation of obligations incurred pursuant to authority contained in title 23, United States Code, section 203: Provided, That funds available under the Act of 37 Stat. 843. March 4, 1913 (16 U.S.C. 501), shall be merged with and made a part of this appropriation: Provided further, That not less than the amount made available under the provisions of the Act of March 4, 1913, shall be expended under the provisions of such Act. ACQUISITION o r LANDS FOR N A T I O N A L FORESTS

Cache National Forest For the acquisition of lands within the boundaries of the Cache National Forest, Utah, under the authority of the Act of July 24, 1956 (70 Stat. 632), $50,000, to remain available until expended. Special Acts For the acquisition of land in the Cache National Forest, Utah, in accordance with the Act of May 11, 1938 (52 Stat. 347), as amended, $10,000, to be derived from forest receipts as authorized by said Act: Provided, That no part of this appropriation shall be used for acquisition of any land which is not within the boundaries of a national forest: Provided further, That no part of this appropriation shall be used for the acquisition of any land without the approval of the local government concerned. For artificial revegetation, construction, and maintenance of range improvements, control of rodents, and eradication of poisonous and noxious plants on national forests in accordance with section 12 of the ^ ^ t of April 24, 1950 (16 U.S.C. 580h), to be derived from grazing fees as authorized by said section, $700,000, to remain available until expended. Appropriations available to the Forest Service for the current fiscal year shall be available for: (a) purchase of not to exceed seventy-five passenger motor vehicles for replacement only, and hire of such vehicles; operation and maintenance of aircraft and the purchase of not to exceed three for replacement only; (b) employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (5 U.S.C. 574), as amended by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), in an amount not to exceed $25,000; (c) uniforms, or allowances therefor, as authorized by the Act of September
