Private Law 86-191 AN ACT For the relief of Eva Gurman.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eva Gurman shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Private Law 86-192 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Vassiliki P. Theodorou.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Mrs. Vassiliki M r s. V a s s i l i k l P. Theodorou. P. Theodorou, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 404 of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by 8 USC 801 notetaking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigra- |^u s*c^^!4^2 i* tion and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer i448. of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Mrs. Vassiliki P. Theodorou shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Private Law 86-193 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Ellen Leschner.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration and nationality laws, section 352(a) of thiB Immigration and Nationality Act shall not be held to have been or to be applicable to Mrs. Ellen Leschner, a citizen of the United States, provided she returns to the United States prior to July 1, 1961.
