FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS, ADDITIONAL SENATE OFFICE BUILDING
To enable the Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the Senate Office Building Commission, to continue to provide furniture and furnishings for the additional office building for the United States Senate, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 10, 1957 (Public Law 85-93, Eighty-fifth Congress), $283,550, to remain available until expended. ADDITIONAL OFFICE BUILDING FOR THE UNITED STATES SENATE
Construction and Equipment of Additional Senate Office Building To enable the Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the Senate Office Building Commission, to continue to provide for the construction and equipment of a fireproof office building for the use of the United States Senate, in accordance with the provisions of the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1948 (62 Stat. 1029), as amended by the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1958 (71 Stat. 252, 253), $750,000: Provided., That no part of the funds herein appropriated shall be obligated or expended for construction of the rear center wing of said building, from the groiuid floor up, provided for under the building plans heretofore approved by such (Commission: Provided further, That the amount of $23,446,000 fixed by the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1948 (62 Stat. 1029), as amended by the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1958 (71 Stat. 252, 253), as the limit of cost for construction and equipment of an additional office building for the United States Senate is hereby increased by $750,000. For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $6,664,900. EMERGENCIES IN THE DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR SERVICE
For an additional amount for Emergencies in the diplomatic and consular service", $495,000. INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND CONFERENCES CONTRIBUTIONS TO INITSKNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
For an additional amount for "Contributions to international organizations", $4,943,146.
