Private Law 86-356 AN ACT For the relief of Leila Bernstorff Grauert.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of subsection (g) of section 201 of the Nationality Act of 1940, Leila Bernstorff Grauert shall be held and considered to have been a resident of the United States for at least five years after she attained the age of sixteen years. Approved June 29, 1960.

Private Law 86-357 AN ACT For the relief of Wesley C. Newcomb.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Wesley C. Newcomb of Des Moines, Iowa, the sum of $314.45. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims of the said Wesley C. Newcomb against the United States for reimbursement of the amount he was required to pay as the judgment and costs rendered against him in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, arising out of an accident occurring on January 17, 1956, in the city of Saint Joseph, Missouri, when the said Wesley C. Newcomb was operating a Government vehicle in the course of his duties as an employee of the Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved June 29, 1960.

Private Law 86-358 AN ACT For the relief of Manuel Alves de Carvalho.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Manuel Alves de Carvalho shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of March 13, 1957. Approved June 30, 1960.
