AN ACT To amend section 109(g) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949_ - Sugar Act of 1948, amendment. AN ACT To amend the Sugar Act of 1948, as amended _ Air Force; decorations and awards. AN ACT To amend title 10, United States Code, with respect to certain medals - Internal Revenue Code of 1954; exploration expenditures. AN ACT To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the limitation on the deduction of exploration expenditures _ Arkansas Post National Memorial. AN ACT To provide for the establishment of the Arkansas Post National Memorial, in the State of Arkansas _ Interior Department; payment for certain lands. AN ACT To provide for payment for lands heretofore conveyed to the United States as a basis for lieu selections from the public domain, and for other purposes - Reserve Officers' Training Corps. AN ACT To authorize a continuation of flight instruction for members of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps until August 1, 1964 - Veterans, optometrist services. AN ACT To amend section 601 of title 38, United States Code, to provide for the furnishing of needed services of optometrists to veterans having service-connected eye conditions _ Coal research. AN ACT To encourage and stimulate the production and conservation of coal in the United States through research and development by authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to contract for coal research, and for other purposes - Antarctica expedition, medals. AN ACT To provide for the presentation of a medal to persons who have served as m e m bers of a United States expedition to Antarctica _ Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1961. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, and for other purposes. Massachusetts Port Authority, conveyance. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to transfer to the Massachusetts P o r t Authority, a n instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, certain lands and improvements thereon comprising a portion of the so-called E Street Annex, South Boston Annex, Boston Naval Shipyard, in South Boston, Massachusetts, in exchange for certain other lands _ Armed Forces, reserve components. AN ACT To amend title 10, United States Code, with respect to the procedure for ordering certain members of the reserve components to active d u t y and the requirements for physical examination of members of the reserve components, and for other purposes - Civil Service Retirement Act, amendments. AN ACT To amend certain provisions of the Civil Service Retirement Act relating to the reemployment of former Members of Congress- U.S.-Mexico, storage dam. AN ACT To authorize the conclusion of an agreement for the joint construction by the United States and Mexico of a major international storage d a m on the Rio Grande in accordance with the provisions of the t r e a t y of February 3, 1944, with Mexico, and for other purposes - Metal scrap.
