Thence in a northerly direction on a line parallel to and 2.0 feet east of said building wall a distance of 75.0 feet, more or less, to a point in the north boundary of the historic "Lines"; Thence easterly 180.0 feet, more or less, to a westerly corner of the present boundary of the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument lying northwest of the city gates; Thence southerly along the present boundary of the national monument 75.0 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; containing in all an area of about 0.31 acre of land. (b) The Secretary shall, in procuring lands or interests therein pursuant to the provisions of this section, acquire such lands or interests therein only by negotiations; except that the lands or interests therein described as block 1, city of Saint Augustine, Florida, may be acquired by the Secretary in such manner as he may deem to be in the public interest, including procurement with funds which may be appropriated therefor. SEC. 2. (a) When title to the lands, or interests therein, described in the first section of this Act is acquired by the Secretary of the Interior, such lands or interests so acquired shall become a part of the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. (b) All laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument shall be applicable with respect to such lands or interests acquired by the Secretary pursuant to this Act. Declaring certain lands to be held in trust for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of Indians of South Dakota

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all of the right, sioux ^ndf^sf ^^*' title, and interest of the United States in the following described land in Dewey County, South Dakota, together with the improvements thereon, is hereby declared to be held by the United States in trust for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe: A part of the southeast quarter of southeast quarter of section 26, township 14 north, range 28 east, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the southeast quarter of southeast quarter of said section 26; thence north, on the section line, 476 feet to a point which is 150 feet, measured southerly at right angles, from the centerline of the main track of the Chicago, Milwaukee and Saint Paul Railway Company; thence westerly, parallel to said centerline of railway and 150 feet southerly therefrom, to the west line of the southeast quarter of southeast quarter of said section 26; thence south on said west line, 605 feet, more or less, to the south line of said section 26; thence east, on said south line, to the place of beginning; containing 16.05 acres, more or less. SEC. 2. Said land shall be subject to the same provisions of law and departmental rules and regulations that govern the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. SEC. 3. The Indian Claims Commission is directed to determine in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of the Act of August 13, 1946 (60 Stat. 1050), the extent to which the value of the title con- 25 USC 70a. veyed by this Act should or should not be set off against any claim against the United States determined by the Commission.
