United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the 66 Stat. 166, 180. 8 USC 110 1, purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A), and 205 of the Immigration 1155. and Nationality Act, Evelina Scarpa shall be held and considered to be the natural-oom alien minor child of Mr, and Mrs. Angelo Scarpa, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
