PART A — TITLE
SEC. 101. This Act may be cited as the "Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 1964 for Certain Employees". PART B—DEFINITIONS
SEC. 111. When used in this Act, the term— (1) "Agency" means the Central Intelligence Agency; (2) "Director" means the Director of Central Intelligence; and (3) "Qualifying service" means service performed as a participant in the system or, in the case of service prior to designation, service determined by the Director to have been performed in carrying out duties described in section 203. TITLE II—THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY S Y S T E M PART A—ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEM RULES AND REGULATIONS
SEC. 201. (a) The Director may prescribe rules and regulations for the establishment and maintenance of a Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System for a limited number of employees, referred to hereafter as the system; such rules and regulations to become effective after approval by the chairman and ranking minority members of the Armed Services Committees of the House and Senate. (b) The Director shall administer the system in accordance with such rules and regulations and with the principles established by this Act. (c) I n the interests of the security of the foreign intelligence activities of the United States and in order further to implement the proviso of section 102(d)(3) of the National Security Act of 1947, as amended (50 U.S.C. 4 0 3 (d)(3)), that the Director of Central ei Stat. 498. Intelligence shall be responsible for protecting intelligence sources and methods from unauthorized disclosure, and notwithstanding the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (5 U.S.C. 1001 et secj.) or any other provisions of law, any determinations by the ^° ^*^^- 237. Director authorized by the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be final and conclusive and not subject to review by any court. ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FUND
SEC. 202. There is hereby created a fund to be known as the Central I n t e l l i ^ n c e Agency Retirement and Disability F u n d which shall be maintained by the Director. The Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability Fund is referred to hereafter as the fund.
