Public Law 88-425 AN ACT Conferring jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims to hear, determine, and render judgment upon the claim of Sarpy County, Nebraska.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstand- -^^^^^ county, ing any statute of limitations pertaining to suits against the United u.s. court of States, or any lapse of time, or bars of laches, jurisdiction is hereby cia^ms jurisdicconferred upon the United States Court of Claims to hear, determine, and render judgment upon any claim of Sarpy County, Nebraska, arising out of the closing of the north-south county road connecting Bellevue and La Platte to make wa^ for the principal east-west runway at Otfutt Air Force Base, in said county. SEC. 2. Suit upon any such claim may be instituted at any time within one year after the date of the enactment of this Act. Nothing in this Act shall be construed as an inference of liability on the part of the United States. Except as otherwise provided herein, proceedings for the determination of such claim, and review and payment of any judgment or judgments thereon shall be had in the same manner as in the case of claims over which such Court has jurisdiction under section 1491 of title 28 of the United States Code. ^s Stat. i24i.
