INDEPENDENT OFFICES CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD PAYMENTS TO AIR CARRIERS (LIQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION)

For an additional amount for "Payments to air carriers (liquidation of contract authorization)", to remain available until expended, $1,932,000. CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION GOVERNMENT PAYMENT FOR ANNUITANTS, EMPLOYEES HEALTH BENEFITS FUND

For an additional amount for "Government payment for annuitants, employees health benefits fund", $1,560,000, to remain available until expended. FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT DISASTER R E L I E F

For an additional amount for "Disaster relief", $35,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed 3 per centum of the foregoing amount shall be available for administrative expenses. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION CONSTRUCTION, PUBLIC BUILDINGS PROJECTS

For an additional amount for "Construction, public buildings projects", for the construction of a building for the Internal Revenue Service at Ogden, Utah, $4,305,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the foregoing limit of cost may be exceeded to the extent that savings are effected in other projects, but by not to exceed 10 per centum: Provided further, That the maximum construction cost for construction of the Post Office and Federal Office Building, Clovis, New Mexico, provided in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1964, is hereby increased by $212,100 and the maximum construction 77 Stat. 433. improvement cost for construction of the Border Station, Del Rio, Texas, provided in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1963, ^e Stat. 724. is hereby increased by $66,000, and an additional amount of $7,245,900 is hereby appropriated for the purposes of construction of public buildings projects for which appropriations were made under this head in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1965, to remain ^^ ^*^*" ^^ available until expended, and such amount may be expended for such projects without regard to the limits on maximum improvement construction costs established in such Act for such projects.
