"Documents Illustrative of the Formation of the Union of the American States", of which five hundred and fifteen copies shall be for the use of the Senate, two thousand one hundred and ninety-five copies for the use of the House of Representatives, and two hundred and ninety copies for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing. SEC. 2. Copies of such document shall be prorated to Members of the Senate and House of Representatives for a period of sixty days, after which the unused balance shall revert to the respective Senate and House Document Rooms.
