Private Law 90-125 AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Carlos E. Garciga.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Carlos E. Garciga shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of March 11, 1962. Approved October 31, 1967.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- finf^^r'^T^d^i ame« istration of section 31 of the Mineral Leasing Act of Februarv 25, 1920 w. Harris. (30 U.S.C. 188), the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and y^^gtat^g^^' directed to receive, consider, and act upon any petition of American 30 USC 188. Petrofina Company of Texas, a Delaware corporation, and James W. Harris, filed within one hundred and eighty days after the date of enactment of this Act, for reinstatement of United States oil and gas lease "Mississippi 030263" and United States oil and gas lease "Mississippi 030263(A)", as if such petition had been filed within the time provided in such section and such section had been applicable thereto.
