Fixing the representation of the majority and minority membership of the Joint Economic Committee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 5(a) of the Employment Act of 1946 (15 U.S.C. 1024(a)) is amended to read as follows: " (a) There is established a Joint Economic Committee, to be composed of ten Members of the Senate, to be appointed by the President of the Senate, and ten Members of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. In each case, the majority party shall be represented by six Members and the minority party shall be represented by four Members." Approved January 25, 1967.

AN ACT To provide, for the period ending on.Tnne 30. 1967, a temporary increase in the public debt limit set forth in section 21 of the Second Liberty Bond Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re]) resent at ives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, during- the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on June 80, 1967, the public debt limit set forth in the first sentence of section 21 of the Second Liberty Bond Act (31 U.S.C. 757b) shall be temporarily increased to $386,000,000,000. National CARIH Asthma Week. Proclamation.
JOINT RESOLUTION Anthori/.ing the President to proclaim "National C A R I H Asthma Week".
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the United States is hereby authorized and requested to issue a proclamation (1) designating the week beginning May 1, 1967, as "National C A R I H Astluna Week", (2) inviting the Governors of the States and territories of the United States to issue proclamations for like purposes, and (3) recognizing the outstanding contributions being made in asthma treatment, care, and research by the Children's Asthma Research Institute and Hospital ( C A R I H), the national facility at Denver.
