703. JSTO part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. Making appropriations for the government of the District of Columbia and other activities chargeable in whole or in part against the revenues of said District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and for other purposes.

FEDERAL P A Y M E N T TO DISTRICT OF C O L U M B I A Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there are (-, T^*hf'^'A^ appropriated for the District of Columbia for the fiscal year ending pr°iatk)n Act^',^"^"" June 30, 1968, out of (1) the general fund of the District of Columbia 1968. (unless otherwise herein specifically provided), hereinafter known as the general fund, such fund being composed of the revenues of the District of Columbia other than those applied by law to special funds, and $63,979,200, which is hereby appropriated for the purpose out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated (to be advanced July 1, 1967), (2) the highway fund (when designated as payable therefrom), established by law (D.C. Code, title 47, ch. 19), D.C. Code 471901 to including the motor vehicle parking account (when designated as pav- 1919.' 47able therefrom), established by law (Public Law 87-408), (3) the 76 Stat. 18. D.C. water fund (when designated as payable therefrom), established by gosandCode 40note law (D.C. Code, title 43, ch. 15), and $2,205,000, which is hereby D.C. code 43. appropriated for the purpose out of any money in the Treasury not ^^°^ to 43-1541. otherwise appropriated (to be advanced July 1, 1967), (4) the sanitary sewage works fund (when designated as payable therefrom), established by law (Public Law 364, 83d Congress), and $1,294,000, which D!c.'coie'43is hereby appropriated for the purpose out of any money in the Treas- i6oi t"o 43ury not otherwise appropriated (to be advanced July 1, 1967), and ^^^^• (5) the metropolitan area sanitary sewage works fund (when desig74 nated as payable therefrom), established by law (Public Law 86-515); D. cStat. 2 1 0.3. Code 4 and there is hereby appropriat€d, out of any money in the Treasury le^o'to^snot otherwise appropriated, $79,200,000, which, together with balances ^^^'*of previous appropriations for this purpose, shall remain available until expended, for loans authorized by the Act of May 18, 1954 (68 Stat. 101), and the Act of June 6, 1958 "(72 Stat. 183), as amended (77 ^^^f^^^^f^ ^^' Stat. 130), to be advanced upon request of the Commissioners to the Ant'e°vp 339 following funds: general fund, $62,900,000, highway fund, $14,300,000 340.
