I)e considered as national medals within the meaning? of section 3551 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 368). (b) The medals provided for in this section shall be made and deli\-ered at such times as may be required by the California Institute of the Arts in quantities of not less than two thousand. The Secretary of the Treasury shall cause such medals to be struck and furnished at not less than the estimated cost of manufacture, including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, and overhead expenses, and security satisfactory to the Director of the Mint shall be furnished to indemnify the United States for full payment of such costs. Indian Reservation in Wyoming, shall hereafter be held by the United States in trust for the benefit of the Shoshone Indian Tribe and the Arapahoe Indian Tribe of the Wind River Indian Reservation, Wyoming. Township 1 Xorth, Range 1 East, Wind River Meridian, Wyoming Tract number 1, section 28, southwest quarter southwest quarter southeast quarter southwest quarter, 2.50 acres; Tract number 2, section 31, south half southeast quarter northeast quarter northwest quarter, 5.00 acres; Tract number 3, section 36, west half southwest quarter northwest quarter southwest quarter, southwest quarter northwest quarter northwest quarter southwest quarter, 7.50 acres. Comprising a total of 15.00 acres. SEC. 2. This conveyance is subject to all valid existing rights-of-way of record. SEC. 3. The Indian Claims Commission is directed to determine in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of the Act of August 13, 1946 (60 Stat. 1050), the extent to which the value of the title conveyed by this Act should or should not be set off against any claim against the United States determined by the Commission.
