Public Law 90-442 AN ACT To amend the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926, to authorize additional appropriations.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4(f)(2) Foreign Service of the Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926 (22 U.S.C. 2 9 5 (f)(2)), fdimoTilpp, appropriation. is amended— (1) by striking out "and" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma; 80 Stat. 881. and (2) by inserting immediately^ before the period at the end thereof a comma and the following: "not to exceed $13,500,000 for the fiscal year 1970, and not to exceed $14,300,000 for the fiscal year 1971'I Approved July 30, 1968.

Public Law 90-443 JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the President to designate the week of August 4 through August 10, 1968, as "Professional Photography Week".

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That as a tribute to the pro- Professional fessional photographer and his many works and in recognition of the week°^'^^^*'*^ importance of professional photography in our life today and in Proclamation. America's future, the President is authorized to issue a proclamation designating the week beginning August 4 through August 10, 1968, . as "Professional Photography Week", and calling upon the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Public Law 90-444 AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Army to modify certain use restrictions on a tract of land in the State of Iowa in order that such land may be used as a site for the construction of buildings or other improvements for the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Army is authorized to modify on behalf of the United States the land use restriction applicable to a tract of land constituting a portion of a larger tract of State-owned land and also a portion of lands heretofore conveyed by the United States to the State of Iowa pursuant to the Act entitled "An Act to direct the Secretary of the Army to convey certain property located in Polk County, Iowa, and described
