(2) Sections 3 and 4 of the National Capital Transportation Act of 1965 (Public Law 89-173; 79 Stat. 664-665). (b) Section 5(a) of the National Capital Transportation Act of 1965 is amended by striking out "authorized in section 3 hereof" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "of the Adopted Regional System (as defined in section 2(1) of the National Capital Transportation Act of 1969)". Public Law 91-144 AN ACT Making appropriations for public works for water, pollution control, and power development, including the Corps of Engineers—Civil, the Panama Canal, the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, the Bureau of Reclamation, power agencies of the Department of the Interior, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Atomic Energy Commission, and related independent agencies and commissions for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, for public works for water, pollution control, and power development, including the Corps of Engineers—Civil, the Panama Canal, the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, the Bureau of Reclamation, power agencies of the Department of the Interior, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Atomic Energy Commission, and related independent agencies and commissions, and for other purposes, namely:

TITLE I—ATOMIC E N E R G Y COMMISSION OPKRATINO EXPENSES

For necessary operating- expenses of the Commission in carrying out the purposes of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, including the employment of aliens; services authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109; hire, maintenance, and operation of aircraft; publication and dissemination of atomic information; purchase, repair and cleaning of uniforms; official entertaiimient expenses (not to exceed $30,000); reimbursement of the General Services Administration for security guard services: hire of passenger motor vehicles; $1,862,269,000 and any monej^s (except sums received from disposal of property under the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2301)) received by the Commission, notwithstanding the provisions of section 3617 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 484), to remain available until expended: Provided, That of such amount $100,000
