SEC. 14. Except as to any indebtedness which may be due the Rep'^is. Government as the result of any benefits granted thereunder, the following provisions of law are repealed effective the date of enactment of this Act: (a) Subsection (a) of section 12 of the Act entitled "An Act to consolidaJte into one Act all of the laws administered by the Veterans' Administration, and for other purposes", approved September 2, 1958 38 USC notes (72 Stat. 1264). prec. 101. (b) Section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to amend section 1701 of title 38, United States Code, to provide the same educational benefits for children of Spanish-American W a r veterans who died of a serviceconnected disability as are provided for children of veterans of World W a r I, World W a r II, and the Korean conflict", approved Septem38 USC 1712 ber 8, 1959 (73 Stat. 471). note. (c) Section 5 of the Act entitled "An Adt to provide education and training for the children of veterans dying of a disability incurred after January 31, 1955, and before the end of compulsory military service and directly caused by military, naval, or air service, and for 38 USC 1701 other purposes", approved September 14, 1960 (74 Stat. 1024). note. (relating to articles other than copper waste and scrap and articles pension, exof copper) of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19 U.S.C. tension. 1202) is amended by striking out "6/30/69" and inserting in lieu 81 Stat. 111. thereof "6/3Q/71". (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, after June 30, 1969. Approved June 13, 1969.
