Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Basil Rowland Duncan shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of February 13, 1962. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- j ^ ^ / " ^ ^ " ^^" istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nguyen Van Hue may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Master l%^ic\ioi' Sergeant Norman Leon Snyder, RO 43011064, United States Army, and Muriel Guest Snyder, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural brothers or sisters ^ ^^'^ ^^^'*of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
