EXPENSES

I n addition to amounts heretofore appropriated under this heading there are appropriated amounts equal to the total amount of gifts, bequests, and devises of money, and other property received by each Endowment, during the current and preceding fiscal years, under the provisions of section 10(a)(2) of the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965, as amended, but not to exceed a total of $2,000,000, to remain available until expended.

UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AND EX-SERVICEMEN

For an additional amount for "Unemployment compensation for Federal employees and ex-servicemen", $50,000,000. TRADE ADJUSTMENT ACTIVITIES

For an additional amount for "Trade Adjustment Activities", $2,330,000, together with such amount as may be necessary to be charged to the subsequent year appropriation for these expenses for any period subsequent to March 31 of the current year. LIMITATION ON GRANTS TO STATES FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATION

For an additional amount for "Limitation on grants to States for unemployment compensation and employment service administration", $10,000,000, to be expended from the employment security administration account in the Unemployment Trust fund. WAGE AND LABOR STANDARDS
