For loans and guarantees of working capital loans for industrial development, pursuant to titles II and IV of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, as amended (79 Stat. 552; 81 Stat. 690; 83 Stat. 219; 84 Stat. 375), $50,000,000. P L A N N I N G, T E C H N I C A L ASSISTANCE, A N D RESEARCH
For payments for technical assistance, research, and planning grants, as authorized by title III of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, as amended (79 Stat. 558; 81 Stat. 266; 83 Stat. 219; 84 Stat. 375), $20,855,000. OPERATIONS A N D ADMINISTRATION
For necessary expenses of administering the economic development assistance programs, not otherwise provided for, $23,500,000, of which not less than $1,200,000 shall be advanced to the Small Business Administration for the processing of loan applications.
