FOOD STAMP PROGRAM

For an additional amount for "Food stamp program", $250,000,000, of which $35,000,000 shall be available for the approximately 147 counties which have been duly qualified but have not Ibeen included in the Food Stamp Program: Provided, That any unobligated balance of this appropriation shall be merged with the appropriation provided under this head for the fiscal year 1972. AGRICULTURAL STABILIZATION AND CONSERVATION SERVICE DAIRY AND BEEKEEPER INDEMNITY PROGRAMS

For indemnity payments to beekeepers, as authorized by section 1382. 804 of the Agricultural Act of 1970, $3,500,000, to remain available 84uStat. 135b 7 se until expended. note. FARMERS H O M E ADMINISTRATION EMERGENCY CREDIT REVOLVING FUND
